Great Experience. Matt and his team are very experienced. We interviewed several real estate agents and Matt was the most impressive in both knowledge about our house and the potential market for it. In the interview Matt told us we might get some interest in buying our house from a unique source and as it turns out we had already had an offer from that source. Matt helped us negotiate a good price and guided us through the whole process. He was always in communication and always available to answer questions. In helping us find and buy a new house Matt and his team were very patient. We looked at a lot of houses. They were helpful in assessing the conditions of the houses and the market values. Again Matt negotiated a good price for us for the house we eventually purchased.
