In the interview Matt told us we might get some interest in buying our house from a unique source and as it turns out we had already had an offer from that source. Matt helped us negotiate a good price and guided us through the whole process. He was always in communication and always available to answer questions. In helping us find and buy a new house Matt and his team were very patient. We looked at a lot of houses. They were helpful in assessing the conditions of the houses and the market values. Again Matt negotiated a good price for us for the house we eventually purchased.
