Maggie helped my wife and I buy our first house and I can't imagine it going any smoother. Some things to keep in mind - - You can text and call her for updates - She will drive the conversation with the buyer and the mortgage company making it completely hands off for you - She will come to your house, evaluate, and make solid recommendations to make your house sell ready - She had a professionally photographer come through to take pictures - She negotiates on your behalf with the buyers - She is overall just a lovely individual
