He was available every step of the way to help including arranging for the minor fixes requested by the buyer and meeting the people who did the work. All in all another great experience with Blake.

I was very pleased with Ashley Berardi. I had planned on contacting a few other brokerages, but after I spoke with Ashley I decided that would not be necessary. She understood everything I needed and the concerns I had about conducting a sale without being able to be there in person. She was knowledgeable about selling property in the area which was very important for me. She assured me she had experience with the complexities of doing everything via telephone and email. She made all the arrangements, was always available if I had questions and concerns and ensured it all went much more smoothly than I had expected. In addition to being professional Ashley was also very friendly and I enjoyed working with her. I highly recommend her.
