Suzie is professional and caring. She is patient and truly looks out for her clients best interests. She helped us navigate finding a new home in Sun city festival. We looked at both resale homes as well as quick move in homes. We ended up going with a new home that we can customize to our liking. She was able to assist in helping to go over the contracts and making sure we kept to the timelines and were able to bring in an outside home inspector. Suzie truly cares about her clients and is interested in them finding what works best for them.

Let me begin by saying that an event as monumental as selling a house will always be stressful, especially for first timers. Add to that stress a cross country move and the stress begins to compile. We called Suzie three days before we were going to be out of town, and boy did she deliver. She went above and beyond, when we needed someone at the house for a repair and got the house on the market later that week. What I appreciated the most was that they were right on with the price. It was set at what the appraisal came in at and it was sold the second day on the market. There was no highball price to drag out the sale only to be lowered later because of lack of interest. The whole process took us 31 days from the day it was on the market to close of escrow. We are happy and we hope the new home owner enjoys his new home.

Vivian is the best realtor myself and my wife have worked with. She is so very easy to speak to and explains everything with clarity. She will put on the “boxing gloves” to really work with the builders and lenders to make the deal possible. Vivian is very experienced with all around knowledge of the real estate business and it shows through her confidence in “making it happen.” She had been helping in every aspect of the process and works very hard for her clients. I say because I was referred by a friend and work colleague to give her a call. I heard of Vivian through word of mouth and will be doing the same in referring her because her work speaks for her. She definitely is my realtor for the future as well. Personally, I’d think you’d be losing on a deal if you aren’t working with her.
