We had 2 empty lots we tried selling two earlier times in the past. Those other times it was like if the agent/agency just went to the whole paperwork process just that they didn't have to say no, we don't want to sell your lots. She's got this magic touch that I can't explain, but I'll tell you that she gets the job done and done beyond expectations. Ann is so knowledgeable, so customer oriented, so focused on what she does that it's very hard to even try to compare her to any other rep I've worked with in the past.
