Elaine was communicative and knowledgeable and helped me source vendors to prepare the property for listing. With her vast experience in staging and pricing, we listed and received multiple offers on the first day. Elaine followed every detail of the sales process and communicated clearly throughout the process. We closed in 21 days, above the asking price (which was a miracle considering the house needed significant upgrades.) Our experience with Elaine and the Denovan team was first-class.
