Complicated process Trisha helped me through! We thought we were just going to sell my mother‘s property after she passed and be done with that. She had buyers right away and great ideas for selling. Little did we know there would be an issue with the title and probate ended up being required. Months Went by, taking longer than expected. Trisha was supportive, kept in touch with the title company and even the probate attorney who had to become involved. She didn’t raise her fee and was patient, cheerful and professional and kind the entire time. I would recommend her to everyone!
