A patient, knowledgeable and always helpful realtor.

We spent months looking at many homes until I found one that is almost exactly what I was looking for. The purchase process was very smooth and took less time that I expected, including negotiating a lower price and getting a buyer’s credit as well. Julie has a lot of experience with other key players (title companies, inspectors, contractors, etc.) so she was a veritable font of knowledge for any and all of my many questions. I highly recommend her as both a buying and selling agent. You will not be disappointed.
