I would highly recommend Randi Castle if you are planning to sell your home. The whole process was very quick and stress free. The time line was less than a month from listing to closing date. she does do a lot of premarketing and has a large client base. It is a sellers market now but she was able to get eleven offers after one weekend of appointments. I received $75000. over my asking price. She was always available if I needed to contact her. It was a pleasure working with her.
