Rehab walked me through this challenging process from the beginning through closing. She helped me navigate the purchase of a smaller new-build home while listing and marketing my much too-large current home. All of this may sound easy until you face the details of deciding and packing what will fit in the new house, selling what won't and making sure the current home is always presentable to potential buyers. During a visit to Prescott in November 2025, my wife and I so liked the area that we decided to start looking at real estate for a vacation home. We began our research on YouTube and came across the Danley’s YouTube channel (@livinginprescott).
