Amber's knowledge of the market is spot on. Her communication is open and honest. She is receptive to feedback and listens to what your expectations are. She is a strong negotiator and looks out for her client's best interest. She uses all avenues for marketing and is very aggressive. She is very professional even though we gave her a run for her money we kept her laughing.

This is the 7th move we've made in our 55 years of marriage and Amber beats all the other agents we've ever had! She has made this the most expeditious, and easy move possible! She checks in with us daily as we now look to sell our old property and offers to help in any way she can! We've been friends, and neighbors, for a few years - and now she's one of the family!

Amber Neil is the agent to count on! We purchased from out of state and Amber could not have taken better care of all of our needs in our absence. Not only did she save us substantially on our purchase price with her negotiation skills, but she stayed on top of every aspect of our new home purchase to get the job done, in such a timely manner. Amber was able to explain and answer just about every question or concern we had or had no problem finding out and quickly responding. She was always reachable and truly went far beyond any agent that we have ever hired thus far. Amber is the kind of professional that I would hire every time!
