We had been in our home for 32 years which means our home selling and buying skills were a little dusty. John and his team held our hand walked us through every detail, and with that being said the process was painless and went went amazingly perfect. Brian has been such a pleasure to work with on what had been the very complicated and often frustrating sale of my home and property. There were legal issues that had to be surmounted, land usage issues, and a wide assortment of difficulties. Not only did he manage to navigate the murky waters, but he continually had to reassure me that "all would be well"! Brian has been a great agent, and a good friend . I would surely recommend him to anyone with a home to buy or sell!
