Karen gave us realistic expectations for our house sale, told us the positive selling points for it but also the areas where it might not meet buyer expectations. She did a great job staging the house and getting photos to post on the website - made us ask, “And why are we selling this fabulous home?” Karen also made selling a house during Covid easy by carefully explaining the protocol she followed when showing the house. She also helped schedule any work that needed to be done before/after the sale because she has a list of reliable work people. All of these characteristics make Karen a client oriented realtor.

I had the pleasure of partnering with Rachelle for the second time on a recent transaction, and once again, she exceeded expectations. Her communication is seamless and professional, making collaboration a breeze. As a strong negotiator, she consistently advocates for her clients’ best interests, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome. It’s rare to find such a reliable and skilled Realtor who brings both expertise and ease to the table. I look forward to working with her again—she’s truly a standout in the industry!
