He took the time to explain the local market, understood the buying trends in the neighborhood, and was very patient with the complexities involved with our sale. We communicated quite often, and I can honestly say that Max provided immediate response to all my inquiries, whether I send them via text, email or phone. In short, Max proved himself to be an expert at what he does, stayed right on top of everything, and guided us smoothly through the process. Five stars on all accounts.
