I had a tenant in the property with the lease expiring in a couple months. With Jackie’s recommendation and efforts, I ended the lease early without penalty as to allow the tenant ample time to relocate and get the house on the market during peak summer season. Jackie worked with the tenant and assisted them in finding a new rental home allowing me to get the house on the market a month earlier than initially planned.
