I will start off by saying that he deserves more stars than I am allowed to give. His customer service is 1000%. James really listened and quickly caught on to the details that mattered to us most when searching for our new home. This made house shopping that much easier. He did not waste time showing us homes that did not meet our needs . Not only that but James is a well experienced realtor and with that being said I have to acknowledge that he brought things to our attention that we would have otherwise overlooked. He went above and beyond . Even drove around the neighborhood, spoke to neighbors he really canvassed the neighborhoods and homes with our best interest at heart. Ultimately the decision was ours to make and he negotiated to get us the deal. James was always just one call away along with his assistant Girselda. James and his team are all amazing and there are not enough words. Highly recommended. Will always wish him and his team the best! Thank you James and team!!!

I have numerous family and friends that I love dearly who happen to also be in the real estate business. Because I cherish my family and friends I do not mix business with personal relationships. I researched and did my homework. I found Jackie Lind on Realtor.com. Jackie’s credentials, experience, thoroughness, and responsiveness were deciding factors. After the initial visit to my property, Jackie won my business. Her vast marketing strategies were second to none. Jackie is a strategic thinker. I had a tenant in the property with the lease expiring in a couple months. With Jackie’s recommendation and efforts, I ended the lease early without penalty as to allow the tenant ample time to relocate and get the house on the market during peak summer season. Jackie worked with the tenant and assisted them in finding a new rental home allowing me to get the house on the market a month earlier than initially planned. So many key factors contributed to the successful and timely sale of my home: extensive marketing efforts, weekly listing reports, responsive, firm negotiations, technology savvy, consistent and relevant communication. My home sold for market value with 21 DOM. Jackie navigated a short timeframe closing as requested by the buyer. Jackie was by my side all the days from listing through signing closing docs.
