Sandra and Joel were knowledgeable with the areas we wanted to locate to. They were agreeable to show us houses in these areas and gave freely of their time and energies. They were patient with us and we worked together well to get us a house we had decided on. They allowed us to make our own decisions but gave us good advice utilizing their years of service in the elder community. They were very professional throughout helping us to negotiate for a fair price.

Susan went above and beyond our expectations. We wanted a fairly quick sale and she helped stage inside and outside and quickly arranged multiple showings and offers. She was always available to deal with issues quickly and efficiently. As we were out of state during the sale process she also assisted us by arranging for and supervising several professionals who took care of issues that arose from the home inspection. We certainly couldn’t have done it without all the extras she did for us.

Gina was a delight to work with. Her constant research and upbeat personality helped us through a stessful time. Her experience as a realtor has given her contacts (cleaning and estate sale people) which she generously shared with us.
