Taryn made our house-hunting experience truly enjoyable. She was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process, which took nearly three years, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. She always listened to our needs and expectations, and worked hard to find homes that matched what we were looking for. Her communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way, and her market knowledge helped us feel confident in our decisions. When it came time to negotiate, she advocated strongly on our behalf and ensured we got the best possible outcome. Taryn was professional, supportive, and dedicated from start to finish. We’re very happy we chose her as our realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home 😊

I found Taryn to be highly knowledgeable about the local market and extremely professional in all aspects of the process of searching for and ultimately guiding me to a successful contract submission to purchase the house that was right for my wants and needs.

My daughter and I inherited my childhood home, and since we live outside Yuma County, we were fully prepared for this to be a long, stressful, headache-filled experience. We had been told by so many people that selling a home from out of town would be grueling. Shelly and Patti said, not on our watch. From the very beginning, Shelly met with us, put us at ease, and set the tone with honesty, professionalism, and real expectations. She was upfront about everything, listing price, timeline, what needed to be done to get the house ready, and what the final sale could look like. There was no guessing, no confusion, and no unnecessary drama. Shelly was with us every step of the way as a true partner and expert. She made a process that could have felt overwhelming feel easy, simple, and low stress. Honestly, by the end of it, my daughter and I were half joking that maybe we should get into flipping houses. We will not be doing that, but that is how smooth they made this experience feel. And Patti deserves a huge shoutout because she was fantastic. Responsive, kind, organized, and on top of everything. She helped make the entire process feel seamless and supported from beginning to end. Together, Shelly, Patti, and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They turned what could have been an emotional and complicated sale into something that felt manageable and even fun. If you are looking for a team that knows what they are doing, tells you the truth, keeps you calm, and gets the job done with excellence, Shelly Martin and Patti Bourelle are the people you want in your corner.
