If I didn’t understand any terminology he patiently explained it to me to ensure I fully understood what everything meant. He encouraged me to explore the neighborhood and surrounding areas of where I was looking to buy to ensure I had easy access to everywhere I would normally frequent. When it came to negotiating the deal he was confident and strategic. He consistently kept me updated throughout the closing process of what was going on and where we stood. I was met with a significant amount of hurdles in closing and Braden was calm and confident throughout assuring me that it was all normal and there was a solution to everything, and he provided those solutions without faltering. He seemed to genuinely want to do everything he could to get me into my new home, get the repairs done I wanted to get done on my own terms, and make sure I was as comfortable as I could possibly be going into it.
