We were so nervous about putting our home up for sale because the funds from this sale are for our retirement. In a buyer’s market, we needed to sell our large family home for its full market price. At the beginning of the summer, Katie toured our home and commented on what was good and made suggestions on what needed improvement. Darin was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problems and procedures of getting in to a new home. He was extremely patient, and worked diligently to help us find our new home. He was transparent with us. He let us know up front what certain costs we may be looking at. He prepared us for these new responsibilities. He advised us of inspections that should be done before a final purchase. What was and wasn't included in the sale. He helped get extras including appliances we were not expecting.
