Kolanders did everything that we expected of them. In addition they were great to work with. They are terrific.

My husband and I were amazed by our experience with Mike. Mike Silver is one of the best realtors out there and came recommended by one of our best friends who we trust greatly. Mike is professional, knowledgeable, focused, a strong negotiator, and has great follow-up. He is honest, upfront and has integrity. His genuine nature is very much appreciated and he maintained a perfect balance of being calm while simultaneously attentive. We wanted to use a Realtor who knew well the complexities of the current market and had plenty of experience. He did an incredible job from start to finish. Mike has excellent communication skills and went above and beyond to make this process as seamless as possible. Mike kept us informed and helped educate us in the process. He answered our many questions without hesitation and always with a smile and can-do attitude. Knowing that he was handling all the details reduced our family's stress tremendously. If you want the best of the best in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, Mike Silver is the person to do the job.

My husband and I have bought and sold over 13 homes across 54+ years of marriage, and it is our great fortune to have Mike as our realtor. Out of many good realtors, Mike is the top gun. He is a dedicated and extremely talented hard worker. Indeed, we never realized how hard good realtors worked until we met him. He responds, lightning fast, whenever we have, for example, questions, concerns, a need for his thoughts, or to schedule visits to homes. We wanted to buy a home close to our grandchildren. He found the perfect home at a perfect price in the perfect location. Thank you, Mike
