I have worked with a few realtors around Phoenix that I would give 3 stars or less but Mike deserves every bit of 5 stars. As an investor, what impresses me the most is Mike's high standard of flexibility in finding property. I have many things going most of the time and cannot be in all parts of town so he has been willing to give me live video tours of property I am considering. He is also willing to work at an odd, sporadic pace and has been successful in negotiating my offers to acceptance for me when there were cash offers higher than mine. Other realtors that I have used have made offers that were not accepted and always came back to me with the excuse that the seller would not be specific about what they wanted. Mike has a way about him to get to know the seller and they seem to feel comfortable working with him. Mike has also proven to be an amazing negotiator on my behalf. I appreciate working with him and look forward to doing more business with him in the future.
