I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Tara Rutkowski to represent me in what was a complex transaction, with an International Buyer. Selling in a market with significant downward pressure presented some real challenges; however, Tara handled everything with professionalism, expertise, and sheer determination. Despite the difficult market conditions and complexities of the transaction, we successfully sold the property in just 15 days—for a record-setting price in Toll Brothers’ Beacon neighborhood at Estrella Mountain Ranch. Throughout the entire process, Tara’s communication was excellent, issues were addressed quickly, and I felt that my interests were being well represented and protected. At times, I’m sure I became a bit of a challenge myself, but Tara always responded with patience, understanding, and compassion. That meant a great deal to me and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. Tara’s experience, market knowledge, negotiating skills, and incredible attention to detail made an absolute difference. While other builder and resale homes in Beacon have remained on the market for more than 100 days, Tara was able to position and market my property effectively and get it sold in just 15 days—again for a record setting price. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and genuinely grateful for Tara’s dedication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Tara to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate, and results-focused real estate professional. In fact, I have already referred Tara to others—and I would do it again without hesitation.
