Tara Rutkowski
The best realtor in all ways that we have ever worked with.
Tara was always available and responsive for questions or concerns. She is so knowlegable and knows the difficult market that we were working with. The home was empty and Tara brought her own decorative items into the home and made it not look so stark. The house hit the Multiple Listings on Friday and we had a good offer the very next Tuesday! Amazing! She is such a pleasure to work with. Always professional and a great negotiator.

Thank you so much, Linda! I'm thrilled to hear that you felt well-supported throughout the selling process. It was my pleasure to add those decorative touches and help make your home more inviting to potential buyers. The quick turnaround from listing to offer is always exciting, and I'm glad we achieved that together! Your kind words about my negotiation skills mean a lot, and it was truly a pleasure working with you. If you ever need assistance in the future, feel free to reach out!
