Its always been me and my family's dream to find a place of our own. After realizing our landlord was not going to fix anything and increase our rent, we decided its time to buy our first house but didn't know where to start. Jacob assisted us on several occasions over the years. He helped us find amazing tenants for our home when we had to relocate. They eventually bought the home. He also helped us to find a condo to purchase for our daughter who was a student at ASU. He did this all remotely, as we no longer lived in the area.
