Susan actually helped us; for instance, if we were unavailable to let in a subcontractor, she stepped in. Any time I had a question, she gave me an answer or found one for me. If something needed arranged--like setting up the Title company to wire us money after closing--she helped. She was readily available. When we needed her, she was only a phone call, email, or text away. The house selling process was easier this time because Susan explained everything step-by-step. She is incredibly organized. Her checklists kept me on top of things. We felt like she was on our side when it came to negotiations. Her knowledge of real estate law is amazing. I could trust what she said. She has over 20 years of experience, which made us feel comfortable that she'd seen all types of markets--down and up. She optimized our listing price. We sold our house in August 2022 when the market turned from crazy bidding wars to houses sitting for 30+ days. We knew the market had changed, yet we wanted to get the most out of our home. She helped us do that. Our home sold right away and for our asking price. She has an excellent way with words. She communicates without giving away your hand to other realtors. She has integrity -- she does what she says she'll do. She promised to turn on lights for showings and then secure the house afterwards, and she did it. Her promises were like gold. She stood behind her work. When there was an error on the HOA form, she took care of it. She promised to make an amazing brochure and do other marketing, and she did. Susan listens & without judgement. My husband is wary of realtors, and Susan was sympathetic. She was the only one my husband would allow to help us. I could go on and on about how great she was.
