Words cannot express my experience with JJ so this is a hard review to write. He was so incredible from the first moment I called him. His problem solving skills, knowledge, communication, everything was extraordinary. He always had my best interest at heart and always communicated that. Every step of the way he made sure I was comfortable and happy with our purchase. He has amazing negotiation skills and professional tact when talking with sellers. I am stubborn, specific, and VERY particular so that fact that JJ not only accomplished making this such a great experience, he also accomplished giving me exactly what I wanted, which in my opinion was a hard thing to do. Any time I was concerned, confused, or just needed to talk things through, he was there. He never left me hanging, not once. I worked with many real estate agents for my family members in the past and they do not even come close to comparing to JJ. Every one of them I can tell you pros and a list of cons, but with JJ, there are no cons. I genuinely cannot think of a single one through the entire process. If you want a real estate agent that will actually listen to what you want and your concerns, fight for you, answer every question, share invaluable knowledge along the way, find the best deal and make it even better than you thought it could be, literally be by your side every step of the way, call you after your purchase and make sure you are happy and settled in good, then JJ is the right person for you. JJ is my real estate agent for life! If I sell, I will call him, if I buy, you guessed it, JJ is my first call! I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for JJ. It truly was an honor to work with him and will be again in the future. He really is the best real estate agent I have ever met and had the pleasure of working with. Thank you JJ for finding us a beautiful home at a great deal and everything you did for us. I believe if we had used any other agent, we would not have what we do now.

The agent was very knowledgeable, he had all the information so the time was not wasted. Always returned my call and emailed. JJ did a professional job on selling our first home. He kept us informed and checked in with us so nothing got overlooked when we closed. He is honest, truly caring, kind and thoughtful about the people he help's. Randy did a fantastic job of listing my home, and brought me a full-price offer in eight days. He was proactive during the listing process, and also while the home was being shown to various buyers. He worked diligently to sell my home in a difficult economy- not once, but twice. The first attempt to sell was September 2025, and the sale fell through just days before closing escrow in November, through no fault of Randy’s. He relisted my home in February 2026, and found a new buyer immediately. The fact that I was willing to list with Randy a second time after the first sale fell through is a testament to my confidence in his abilities. No transaction is going to be perfect, so here is where I think there could be improvement- when the other party wants an extension to closing escrow, I would suggest an uptick in communication as to the reason(s) why, and how it will affect the timeline. This would alleviate a lot of stress. My work with Randy began in September 2025 and ended in April 2026, all during a challenging market. I’m very grateful for his experience and expertise.
