JJ Bhakta

Words cannot express my experience with JJ so this is a hard review to write. He was so incredible from the first moment I called him. His problem solving skills, knowledge, communication, everything was extraordinary. He always had my best interest at heart and always communicated that. Every step of the way he made sure I was comfortable and happy with our purchase. He has amazing negotiation skills and professional tact when talking with sellers. I am stubborn, specific, and VERY particular so that fact that JJ not only accomplished making this such a great experience, he also accomplished giving me exactly what I wanted, which in my opinion was a hard thing to do. Any time I was concerned, confused, or just needed to talk things through, he was there. He never left me hanging, not once. I worked with many real estate agents for my family members in the past and they do not even come close to comparing to JJ. Every one of them I can tell you pros and a list of cons, but with JJ, there are no cons. I genuinely cannot think of a single one through the entire process. If you want a real estate agent that will actually listen to what you want and your concerns, fight for you, answer every question, share invaluable knowledge along the way, find the best deal and make it even better than you thought it could be, literally be by your side every step of the way, call you after your purchase and make sure you are happy and settled in good, then JJ is the right person for you. JJ is my real estate agent for life! If I sell, I will call him, if I buy, you guessed it, JJ is my first call! I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for JJ. It truly was an honor to work with him and will be again in the future. He really is the best real estate agent I have ever met and had the pleasure of working with. Thank you JJ for finding us a beautiful home at a great deal and everything you did for us. I believe if we had used any other agent, we would not have what we do now.

The agent was very knowledgeable, he had all the information so the time was not wasted. Always returned my call and emailed. JJ did a professional job on selling our first home. He kept us informed and checked in with us so nothing got overlooked when we closed. He is honest, truly caring, kind and thoughtful about the people he help's. I highly recommend JJ as your agent for buying and selling your home.

JJ was excellent to work with. Our family was relocating to AZ from Utah and were in need of a forever home as this was our last move. Upon contacting JJ he immediately began looking for homes in our desired area. We spent days looking at options all with JJ by our side, asking the questions we didn’t know to ask and noticing elements of the different homes we weren’t aware of. We ultimately decided on a spec home that required considerable time to be completed. JJ was with us every step of the way, attending meetings, inspections, setting us up with a lender and everything in between. I cannot recommend JJ enough to anyone that is looking for a home. JJ’s your guy.

I've known JJ for a long time and had no doubt he would do a great job!! Went out of his way to help me out and was truly patient with me, since I have a demanding job, a minor at home and two big dogs. He worked around me as much as he could. Thanks JJ!!
