When we first met with Cindy to ask about purchasing a property in Tempe, she provided multiple pieces of data re: the housing market including market trends. She is very approachable and knowledgeable. Cindy was very flexible, able to accommodate our hectic schedules, attentive to new listings that addressed areas we were interested in and was supportive throughout the process. She was very knowledgable re: potential areas of concern and how to specifically request areas to address when looking at purchasing a home. Good communication skills were demonstrated throughout the process and Cindy was able to get all of our requests taken care of quickly. She is passionate about what she does, but able to clearly articulate the pros and cons of a home we were looking at while addressing all of our concerns throughout the process.

Cindy Nelson is an awesome realtor, she worked really hard to get my house sold and everything went really smoothly. When it came time to buy my new house we looked an looked and looked. We put in several offers and did not get those house, instead Cindy found me the perfect house for me and I am very happy. Thank you Cindy

I purchased a 2nd home in the Phoenix area ( I live in a different state) I reached out to Cindy because she was a apart of a Facebook group I belonged to. Cindy literally held me hand throughout the entire home buying process. She recommended a amazing loan office, home inspector along with other referrals I needed to purchase my perfect home. I am a real estate professional too , with that being said I am very critical with customer service especially follow up/follow through. Cindy went above and beyond throughout this entire journey . Thank you Cindy Nelson for being apart of my DREAM TEAM!
