Patti Wells is a great realtor with plenty of experience under her belt. My husband and I had Patti list my parent's house at a time when houses weren't selling. It was not a seller's market at that time. She however did her job and had the house under contract and sold within a month! Before listing it, she did a complete market analysis. She had everything broken down and presented to us in a detailed report. I've worked in real estate offices for over fifteen years as an administrative assistant to realtors, and I've never seen such professionalism shown before! Patti is not only a professional, she is patient, kind and listens to what you're wanting to gain by the sale of your house. I was blown away by how awesome her staging skills are!
