I've never sold a house before, and Phyllis was essentially my partner in the process. She was responsive to questions and kept me on track through what turned out to be a more complicated process than I anticipated. I will gladly refer any of my friends and family to use her services for selling or buying a house. Her knowledge of the market and process details secured my confidence in her work. Thanks Phyllis!

Phyllis is always accessible and replies back promptly. Very knowledgeable in the Arizona area. When we decided on a home she went straight to work immediately. She made our dream come true.

We have sold 2 previous homes in the last 6 years and have used agents from Scottsdale , highly advertised agencies, brokers and agents that have disappointed us greatly. Their approach was in order to sell we should lower our prices rather than find us the right buyer. Phyllis is very different in approach, she advocated for us when we found the townhouse that suited us perfectly. She was ALWAYS available to us and the quickest response and follow up we have ever received. After we closed we felt comfortable to reach out to her when we encountered new home owner issues. She’s reliable and gave of her personal time without hesitation. She is our “ Fairy God Realtor” We are even more impressed by her thank you gesture. Very highly recommend using her services. Professional and insightful about the real estate market.
