We were very pleased with the efficiency provided by Maria as our Real Estate professional. Her staff, particularly Alice Harrison worked diligently in locating the perfect home that met our specific needs. The transaction was virtually seamless. Maria and Alice kept us informed during all phases of the home buying process. All contingency dates were met and our purchase was actually ready 10 days ahead of time. Her staff also worked well with our direct lender. Once we found homes that we were seriously considering to write offers on Maria advised us on what was taking place in the market and how to make our offer stand out above all others. If we decide to purchase another home, we would most certainly use Maria and her staff again. As well as referring our friends and family. My wife and I could not be more pleased.!!! We sold both our Cabin in Payson and our house in Phoenix within a few weeks of each other in the Summer or 2025.
