Jim Geldien and Mark Ficklin are hands-down the best! From Listing to Sale, their expertise and experience were invaluable. Within 4 days of Listing they had negotiated TWO competing Contracts to Purchase---and both Contracts were for over Listing Price with a "no repairs" clause. Only skilled Agents could have accomplished that. The closing was a lengthy nightmare, solely due to the Buyer's California mortgage broker and lender, however Jim & Mark kept me constantly informed while fighting in my best interest every step of the way. Arizona Best Real Estate is fortunate to have a professional team like Jim Geldien and Mark Ficklin representing their organization. Home sellers and buyers are equally fortunate to do business with them.

This was my first experience selling a home, and I am so grateful that I had Connie. She helped me understand every step in the process and gave me excellent advice along the way. When it pertains to her expertise and local knowledge of the real estate market, I don't think I would have found anyone whom could surpass her. My home was sold quickly and I am totally happy with the end result. Thank you for everything Connie! - N. Garvin
