I've known David for many years, and one thing that has never changed is his positive attitude, optimism, and strong integrity. To me, character is the foundation of everything a person does. It's what builds trust, and trust is the most important quality when choosing someone to represent you in such an important transaction. The main reason I chose David as our real estate agent was because I knew exactly what kind of person he is. As we worked together, I realized just how experienced and accomplished he is. David has handled many large commercial real estate transactions, so selling our home was actually a relatively small deal for him. Even so, he treated us with the same level of dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail that he would give to his biggest clients. We never once felt like a small transaction. Since we didn't live in the area, we had to entrust every aspect of the sale to David. He managed everything on our behalf, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and was always proactive in solving problems before they became issues. His communication was prompt, his advice was thoughtful, and he consistently looked out for our best interests. Knowing that David was handling everything gave us complete peace of mind. David is not only an outstanding real estate agent, but also someone you can truly trust. He is knowledgeable, responsible, honest, and genuinely cares about his clients. He consistently goes above and beyond, and his professionalism is matched only by his integrity. If you're looking for an agent who will treat your transaction as if it were his own, I cannot recommend David highly enough. If I ever need to buy or sell another property, David will be my first call. I simply would not trust anyone else.

Short review is simple facts here, you can trust and rest assured with Lindsey Brumagin by your side that your purchase or sell will be a 10 out of 10 . If you want my story on how I found this trustworthy, kind, passionate beautiful human being inside and out here it is. Realtors and hair stylists are everywhere. They are not all created equal. I typed on google find the best realtor in Phoenix and after reading several pages and sites worth of realtors bios and getting frustrated I found Linds. Now, I had never been to Arizona in my life and I had to purchase a home for my mother-in-law to relocate to from Washington basically blind. Now that's where by gods will put me in touch with Lindsey. I gave her a budget, list of what I needed and within an hour had 3 choices. She went to the properies and video messaged me with commentary which helped me feel as if I were there with her and we decided on 1 and within 2 weeks closed on the 1st house she went to. Once you talk to her, rest assured that she will honestly go above and beyond to ensure you get what you want and will stand beside you through an easy process that so many realtors make brutally complicated. Do not make a mistake and choose the paid ads on Google for a realtor, use this review as a real persons truthful review and get ahold of Lindsey Brumagin and you will not have to fear a miserable, lengthy, complicated process.

I met Brandon Hayes through Zillow when living in another state and beginning my search for a property to purchase in Arizona. Brandon was quick to respond to my inquiry and has provided excellent service through the several months I was searching for a new home. He is an expert on the local real estate market, always available and responsive, and works with a great support team. I will absolutely be utilizing his services again for another real estate transaction soon. I have worked with many real estate agents over the years (this is my 5th home purchase) and Brandon is the best! I highly recommend Mr. Hayes to support your real estate needs.

Mr. Andrews was there for every part of this transaction and offering the advice I needed.
