John was so helpful - he was not only super professional and super communicative throughout the whole process, but he made sure we were keeping up with market price and staying competitive without pricing ourselves out of what was realistic. There was no other realtor I was going to trust with the sale of my house because he was the same realtor that helped me find it back in 2020. John made me feel so comfortable and so understood in what I was looking for in 2020 that I knew he was who I wanted to sell my house in 2025. John's knowledge, care, and professionalism has been beyond what I ever thought I would find in a realtor. I would recommend him (and have already) to anyone looking to buy a house or looking to sell their current house.

This is the second time Sheri has played a major role in our buying and selling of our house and we couldn’t be happier with the results. She went above and beyond once again to make sure we were informed of the progress of the sale, and also the purchase of our new home. I truly believe she really does care about her clients. One thing she did that really made her shine was this, we were pretty much all packed up when our daughter called and asked if we could babysit our grandson. But we had already packed everything we needed to watch him. Sheri brought us her grandson’s highchair to use while we had him. That says a lot about her as a person let alone our realtor. If you are planning to sell your home I don’t think you could find a better agent than Sheri Espinosa. On a scale of one to ten I give Sheri 15 stars.
