John was so helpful - he was not only super professional and super communicative throughout the whole process, but he made sure we were keeping up with market price and staying competitive without pricing ourselves out of what was realistic. There was no other realtor I was going to trust with the sale of my house because he was the same realtor that helped me find it back in 2020. John made me feel so comfortable and so understood in what I was looking for in 2020 that I knew he was who I wanted to sell my house in 2025. John's knowledge, care, and professionalism has been beyond what I ever thought I would find in a realtor.
