I came in with very little knowledge of the homebuying process. or the real estate “lingo” and she consistently took the time to explain everything clearly (more than once) without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Additionally, given her long history of living in Arizona, she is very knowledgable about all the different locations and communities. Cara always worked hard to get us the best deal, while also giving us the space to make the decisions that were right for us.
