Braden was always available for all my questions and follow up questions explaining how things worked to me and putting my mind at ease when things got stressful. He consistently responded to my messages the same day or immediately the next morning. He was extremely knowledgeable about homes in the area, competitive pricing, and what would fit my needs. If I didn’t understand any terminology he patiently explained it to me to ensure I fully understood what everything meant. He encouraged me to explore the neighborhood and surrounding areas of where I was looking to buy to ensure I had easy access to everywhere I would normally frequent. When it came to negotiating the deal he was confident and strategic. He consistently kept me updated throughout the closing process of what was going on and where we stood.
