Working with Jeff and Jackson Sibbach was an absolute pleasure and truly one of the best real estate experiences I’ve ever had. As a father and son team, they bring an incredible balance of professionalism, care, and dedication that is rare to find. Because we were moving across the country, we had to purchase our home remotely, which can be stressful and uncertain. Jeff and Jackson completely eliminated that stress. They acted as my eyes and ears every step of the way, making multiple trips to the house during the closing process to attend inspections, oversee contractors completing repairs, and ensure everything was handled correctly. They kept us constantly informed with detailed updates, notes, photos, and videos, so we always felt confident and in the loop. When I flew in to see homes, they went above and beyond by picking me up from the airport and patiently driving me around to tour several properties. They never rushed the process and were always thoughtful, honest, and professional in their guidance. Their knowledge and calm approach made me feel completely confident in my final decision. Jeff and Jackson truly care about their clients and treat every purchase as if it were their own. Having bought many properties in different places, I can honestly say that I’ve never had such a great buying experience as I had with Lacey. Lacey is a true professional, and is the most knowledgeable agent I’ve ever worked with. She showed up prepared to every viewing, and was able to answer any questions we had about the houses and neighborhoods. Beyond her expertise in real estate, Lacey is an absolute delight to be around. I feel lucky to have not only walked away with a beautiful home, but also a wonderful friend. We had some last minute complications

Top to bottom, every interaction I had with Team Lehman was completely positive. Lacey was very professional, and listened to my wants and needs as I prepared to sell and buy a house ASAP. She came prepared to our initial meeting with up to date housing market information and walked me through what to expect as a seller. I wanted to move fast and she completely catered to my big goal of a fast sale. She met me Wednesday, on Friday the photographer and drone were scheduled for pictures and by Saturday we had 11 showings scheduled and were presented with 3 offers with one above asking! The team put together incredible marketing, far exceeding my wildest dreams. Within 48 hours she coordinated showings on mulitple properties for purchase, having taken the time to connect with each listing agent and discuss any relevant details prior to our appointment. She really did her homework, very impressive! Ultimately I made an offer on a property that was one of many but thanks to Lacey's insight, the offer was strong and they accepted! In the 30 days that followed she pulled me over the finish line all while making me feel like her only client (deeply appreciated as I know she is very busy!). As with any transaction of this nature there were several hurdles and would-be difficult situations but ... LACEY!!! Beacuse of Team Lehman I'm sitting in my dream home and nobody can convince me otherwise. Although it was only Lacey I met face to face, her incredible team supported and ensured all items were complete to get us closed on both properties without delay. They were so communicative and professional, this clearly was not their first rodeo and I appreciated their proactive approach. I felt completely supported the entire time - never alone and empowered every step of the way. If I had to do it all over again I'd choose Team Lehman everytime!
