The sale of my home had some bumps with Buyers to say the least. Through it all, Lacey was professional and so patient. When a buyer cancelled a deal at the last possible moment, Lacey was on the phone with others that had put in a bid on the home. I had 3 offers within 24 hours of that cancellation. My home closed because of Lacey's determination and out of the box thinking. Can't say enough how much I appreciate her in this Buyers' market.

Ms. Lehman was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first conversation, Ms. Lehman’s professionalism and market expertise was evident and truly put us at ease. What stood out most was her timely and valuable communication. She was incredibly responsive, always keeping us in the loop as to the status of showings, listing price adjustments (when/if necessary) market trends, and the overall progress of our listing. This was especially crucial and appreciated as we were selling this property and were working with a title company that eviscerated the whole escrow and complicated matters unnecessarily. Ms. Lehman stuck with it, got a new escrow company (Pioneer Title) who handled it very professionally and kept everyone focused until the escrow closed. Ms. Lehman not only accepted these challenges, but she went above and beyond to make the deal happen. We were particularly impressed with her knowledge of the market and her successful marketing strategies. She advised us how to be most successful in our pricing, our advertising, and the overall sale of this property. Ms. Lehman’s understanding of the Phoenix housing market and her ability to communicate with her clients sets her apart from others in the industry. We had frequent communication (texting, calling, and emailing) from her and she was extremely timely in her responses to us when we had questions. Even in a down market, she never quit. She was constantly assessing ways to move this property and get the deal done, which she did. Ms. Lehman and her staff should most definitely be considered when needing to buy or sell property. She has the knowledge, the drive, the expertise, the dedication, and the attributes that will make the process much easier. Her dedication to her clients is unparalleled and was certainly appreciated. We can’t recommend Ms. Lehman highly enough.
