If you want an agent that really cares, knows what they are doing, and goes above and beyond in all ways- Jason is your guy! We were dealing with three transactions at once and Jason made our experience as smooth and stress free as possible. He even offered to drive one of our uhaul trucks when we were in a bind! Most importantly, he works diligently to listen, and to gain trust, whether you are the buyer or seller. The better he knows you, the better he can help you. He’s a closer. Once a buyer is found (if you are selling) or a property you want is found (if you are buying) he enjoys and is extremely effective at the negotiation process.
