When I first met Megan I had just fired a realtor who had listed my home for four months without a single promising lead. After hiring Megan I had 2 competing offers in just 4 days with more in the wings! She told me she had a data-base full of clients looking for a manufactured home in a 55+ park. She wan't kidding! I was frustrated by the former realtor so I fired a barrage of questions at her before deciding on her. It was the 4th property I had sold in 3 years so I wasn't messing around. She was calm, pleasant and a consummate professional who knew the answer to every question immediately. The ones she didnt, she found within minutes and was always quick to respond to texts or phone calls during the entire process. Everything about her made me feel confident and at ease, I could see she knew exactly what she was doing. Her calm and reassuring demeanor made the challenging communication with parties on both sides move smoothly. She has the kind of internal strength and wisdom I've never actually encountered in a realtor before. She obviously has a mega-supportive and responsive office and staff. Every aspect of the sale was met with her attentiveness and direct communication. Such a refreshing change, Thank you Megan!
