Julie really knows the market and quickly picked up on my likes and dislikes. Her follow-up after the sale was fabulous. My move was such a big change for me and she was always on top of everything. Her experience in customer service home building was invaluable in helping me understand what to look for in each home I visited. My buying experience was complicated by the fact that I lived across the country and had to do a lot of my search through FaceTime, texting and emails. Julie was always responsive and flexible even in the three hour time difference.

She is very knowledgeable! She knows what needs done to sell a house, She listens, She returns calls promptly! She is kind and very patient! If your out of State she know who to call to get things done.

As a Canadian helping sell my mother's vacation home in Arizona, I was looking for a real estate professional who could guide us through what can be a complex cross-border transaction. Julie Rickli exceeded our expectations in every way. From the beginning, Julie was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient. She took the time to explain each step of the process and helped our family navigate the sale with confidence. Being out of country could have made things much more difficult, but Julie ensured everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. What impressed us most was her ability to accommodate our family's needs throughout the process. She was always available to answer questions, coordinate details, and provide reassurance when needed. Her communication was exceptional, and we always felt informed and supported. Julie's market knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication resulted in a successful sale, but more importantly, she made a potentially stressful situation feel manageable and straightforward. We truly felt she had our best interests at heart every step of the way. We are extremely grateful for her hard work, professionalism, and genuine care. I would highly recommend Julie Rickli to anyone buying or selling a home, especially Canadians managing a property sale from outside the United States. Thank you, Julie, for helping our family through this important transition and for making the sale of my mother's vacation home such a positive experience.

Stephanie was amazing. She was so quick to respond to any and all questions. She went above and beyond helping me navigate selling my son's home after losing him to a motorcycle accident. I live out of state, and she checked on the house for me and helped with the move. She recommended the perfect priced and the house was only on the market for 11 days. I cannot express how highly I recommend her. She knows what she is doing and goes beyond the extra mile to help you feel comfortable and confident in the process. I feel like she has become a part of our family. I feel so blessed that she was the realtor to help my family and I during this process. She is absolutely amazing!

We really appreciated Stephanie's experience and knowledge of local real estate. She gave us great feed-back without trying to influence our personal choices. This is the second time we have purchased a home with the help of Stephanie and both experiences were outstanding. We would highly recommend her to any buyer. Now we get to use her as our selling agent. We look forward to that experience as well!

Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with! She’s professional, responsive, and made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and I felt supported every step of the way. There was never any pressure—her top priority was our satisfaction, not just making a sale. I highly recommend her!
