Vivian is very experienced with all around knowledge of the real estate business and it shows through her confidence in “making it happen.” She had been helping in every aspect of the process and works very hard for her clients. She also was usually one step ahead of us with things we were slow to or didn’t foresee. She skillfully worked with the other agent, advocating for us, being just pushy enough, LOL, while maintaining a good professional relationship with seller’s agent, as well as our lender.
