During the listing, when we were back in our home state of North Dakota, a new roof was being constructed on the home we were selling. Nora made sure this construction was done on time based on the closing date. Nora was always willing to assist us with anything if needed. Nora was the agent we used when we bought the home she was now selling for us. She was so helpful during the purchase of that house, we knew we would use her again if and when we decided to sell. Buying a fixer upper from a distance can be stressful that you will miss expensive fixes not seen in the listing.
