I have a very busy schedule, but he was willing to go to see houses with me at my convenient time, even if that is a little later in the evening. He is also very throughout and well-experienced in the buying process, which made it much easier for my family and me. My family and I are super happy with our house, and I would highly recommend Ramiro to everyone I know that is looking for buying a house.

Working with Jim was a blessing. This was my first detached home with a yard and Jim was there to guide me through the inspection and to give me a lot of homeowners tips. Selling my old townhome in this market was not easy and he did an amazing job. He had great communication and was always one step ahead letting me know what steps I needed to take, giving me the best advice. I'm hoping this is my last home but if I ever do move I will definitely use Jim again. I highly recommend him to others.
