Jacob assisted us on several occasions over the years. He helped us find amazing tenants for our home when we had to relocate. They eventually bought the home. He also helped us to find a condo to purchase for our daughter who was a student at ASU. He did this all remotely, as we no longer lived in the area. Marty is a proactive agent. What I mean is that he didn't just put my listing on the MLS and sit back. Marty used additional strategies to get the listing seen by other agents and potential buyers. ( Social media, aerial pics etc) He was also in communication with us through out the process, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. In our case, the buyer/buyers agent dropped the ball on occasion, and he was in essence doing their job as well. He is a dedicated hardworking agent, great experience.
