Michelle, was recommended to us from a friend who had moved to Arizona. She was available to meet with us on our schedule and worked very hard to accommodate us when we were in AZ looking at homes. She was also flexible with having our family members in AZ looking over the property for inspecting and finalizing everything as we were over 1200 miles away. She was so knowledgeable regarding thing in the state we were buying in and what to make sure we were aware of. She did everything in her power to make a smooth closing from so many states away. She gifted us a home warranty which was so generous, and amazing. We appreciate all she did. So if you are looking for a caring, hard working realtor in Arizona. Reach out to her, you won't be disappointed.

We dealt with Mary on two transactions - selling our home and buying another. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, helpful, considerate agent, Mary is your go to. We could not be happier with how things went. Although there was one hiccup (major repair identified during our final walkthrough) Mary protected our interest and liaised with the listing agent to come up with a solution acceptable to both parties. She exhibited professionalism at all times. We are happy to recommend her!

Seller of 30/8802 East University Drive, Mesa
Tara did an incredible job with the sale of my house. She was professional, communicative, and very clear about everything she needed from me. Right from the beginning, I understood everything about the process, as she explained it all in a simple, direct way. She went above and beyond to make sure my house was ready for sale, and her input on the contract negotiating process was right on the money. People talk about the stress of selling a house, but I didn't experience any of that because Tara does her job and makes it easy for her clients. I was extremely impressed, and I would highly recommend her to anybody.
Buyer of 2410 East Baltimore Street, Mesa
I cannot say enough good things about Tara and my experience with her as my realtor. She was always response and available for any homes I wanted to see or questions I had as a first-time buyer. On top of her responsiveness, she was also the perfect blend of easy to work with, but tenacious enough to have my best interest in mind as a buyer and get me the best possible outcome. When an unusual snag occurred in our closing process (on the buyer's side), she stepped in and went above and beyond to stay on top of the situation, keep me informed, and ensure everything closed as agreed upon without so much as a snag. I am beyond happy with my home-buying experience with Tara and will use her for any future home purchases I make, and be sure to refer anyone I can to her, as I am certain they will have an equally satisfying experience.
