He was attentive to market conditions to build traffic through the home, resulting in a buyer well within the stated time to sell by other Brokers in the area. Selling while moving out of state !

Carmen was amazing we had currently moved out of state and we had to sell our home in such a short notice. Carmen put it up in the market and believe it or not but it was sold with in the 3rd day! yes it was fast and amazing! I am beyond thankful with her and her team!
