We don’t have enough good things to say about John and his team. We purchased a home in the West Valley remotely due to a military move, and John made the entire process stress-free. He took the time to provide 8 comprehensive video tours of homes we were interested in while offering honest feedback about each. His communication was consistent, detailed, and professional. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of before and after closing. Throughout the process, we constantly remarked how thankful we were to have John and Cyndi helping us. Ultimately, we are thrilled with our new home. We highly recommend John Dean!

Buying a new home can be stressful but John had everything handled and was in constant communication with all parties involved in the process. Working with someone with many years of experience in the field, as well as the relationships he has developed within the industry, made it a much smoother process.

John and his wife Cyndi helped us find and purchase our 2nd home in Phoenix. We were referred to John through a mutual friend. From the 1st call, John was completely into and on top of figuring out what we were looking for and helping us look at properties. We live out of town and John went above and beyond by driving to different properties and touring them virtually with us. We landed on a property in north Phoenix, one of the areas he recommended. John and Cyndi helped guide through the entire purchase. We could not be happier and highly recommend John if you are looking to purchase a home in the greater Phoenix area.
